I tried to chop onions with it (seemed simple enough). The Bullet liquified the onions that were are the bottom and never touched the onion pieces at the top. I tapped it and shook it, but it never did anything to the onions on top. I even scooped out some of it. More of a hassle than help.

This product is great for anyone that wants to make protein smoothies at home. I am in the military and am deployed. All I need is my fridge and an outlet and I can have a great tasting smoothie. I have options for what flavor and love this item. Seller was great too, so thank you!!!

If you like frozen drinks, buy it! Smooth frozen drinks comparable to expensive commercial machines, seriously! There is no down time with making frozen drinks like the machines you have to rent for party's. This product has proven it's reliability over the course of 2 years. I primarily use it to grind coffee beans (Flat blade) and make frozen drinks for the kids and adults (Raised blade). Friends and family are extremely impressed with the outcome of this little space saving product.

JUST RECENTLY RECEIVED THE BULLET EXPRESS AND ATTEMPTED TO USE IT THE FIRST TIME. IN THE FIRST 60 SECONDS OF OPERATING THE UNIT IT BEGAN TO SHUTTER AND FILLED MY KITCHEN WITH SMOKE. I IMMEDIATELY UNPLUGGED IT AND TOOK IT OUTSIDE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DISCUSS MY DISSATISFACTION AND TO FIND OUT HOW TO RETURN THE BULLET EXPRESS AND GET A FULL REFUND. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND INCLUDING $43.98 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO ONE ELSE TO TALK TO. IN OTHER WORDS THERE IS NO ONE ABOVE THEM AND THAT THEY HAVE THE WHOLE AUTHORITY TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT RETURNS. THEY ONLY GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS. TO RETURN THE UNIT, LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF $34.98 OR THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER UNIT FREE OF CHARGE. I SAID THIS IS A PIECE OF JUNK AND I WANT A FULL REFUND. THEY STATE THEY WANT THE CUSTOMER TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN.THEY MEAN YOU CAN BUY THIS JUNK BUT THEY GET TO KEEP $34.98 ON EACH ONE RETURNED. IF THEY REALLY STOOD BEHIND THIS PRODUCT THEY WOULD HAVE NO REASON TO NOT REFUND THE TOTAL COST OF EVERYTHING!!! As far as stars go i didn't want to give any stares but i don't have that option

We purchased the Magic Bullet and Bullet Express products. BOTH products failed within three uses, the engines they use in the machines are of poor quality and in both instances they burned out. The Bullet Express failed mixing egg, water, and flour; the Magic Bullet mixing a protein drink. Extremely poor product quality.
Even worse, once you're past 30 days forget about the organization standing by their product. You're on your own once your past that window. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
